My RCA F35673MB 35" TV will not turn on - it just makes a whining noise. What could be wrong?

  RCA P46729BA big screen, chassis PTK169PCA, serial 337680405. Power supply has died twice & it's out again. Turned it off, won't turn on. Tried other outlets. The guy that fixed before no longer around and no one else will look at it.

  I have a 36" rca tv model f36650 it has a high pitch whine as soon as plugged in, i have read that it may be flyback or the HOT, or horizontal transistor NTE2324, does anyone have schematics or know which one is that cause??? thanks for any help

  RCA D56w20 And this morning while watching it turned off then turned back on only to go off again 15 seconds later. I unplugged and let sit for a few and tried again did same thing picture is clear when on but wont stay on
