Help answer this question below.

I received a traffic citation but the officer didn't write his name or ID on the ticket. He did sign it with a squiggly mark but that's it. Would this be grounds for dismissal?

    Nice try... but not a chance. His serial number is probably on there, too, so that's another means of identificataion.
