Where can I learn about the training of drill sergeants and company commanders in the military boot camp? I'm curious about what THEY'RE trained to do.

    Company commanders receive no specialized training; they do not have regular contact with the trainees. That's the Drill Sergeant's job. The only time a trainee would usually see the CO of his Basic training company is if he is brought before him for disciplinary reasons or at graduation.
