People often say i'm trying to be perfect,but it's not that it's just that if sumethin arises i normally sit down think about it and solve it in the most appropriate way possible,is there anything wrong with trying to solve sumtin in an apprpriate way

I think it is an admirable trait. I agree with Ed, more people should do what you do instead of always acting on impulse.

No, no-body can tell you how to handle situations! If it is your friends who are telling you this, then you need some better friends. The only time that your ability to problem solve would be a problem is if you decided that you needed to sit down and have a think in an emergency.. sounds like something you would see in a 'Monty Python' movie, haha.. Ignore what others are saying, it's up to you how you live your life, and they might eventually see that your carefully weighted decisions are giving you the advantage! Good Q btw ++

I hate learning things the hard way. I've seen too many people that have really suffered and put themselves through great pain they could have avoided if they had either listened to advise or thought it through beforehand. You don't need to stick your hand in the fire to know it's gonna burn you. I like to try and think things through. I want to figure things out. Life is a puzzle and there are safer and happier ways to get through it.
