Whenever your convincing a business committee,say its a building;and i want to show my business proposal to committee,i would have to make sure its in a up lifting environment.Make sure that the would gain from buying the building.The different spaces thats in the building; also a waterfront view, beautiful trees,and parking lots for managers and employees.
