AB is an open forum. Many people who aren't Christians are students of spiritual matters and may feel they can contribute regardless of their religious orientation. A non-Christian person may be very well acquainted with religious practices, scriptures and beliefs. A non-Christian person may be very interested in Christian beliefs and concepts.

That said, it is unacceptable to attack other people in this forum and if people are being "foul" they should be reported to staff.

It's the same with everything. Don't worry though; all us non-believers are going to hell anyway...so, ya know, you can look forward to that.

Truthfully, though, not that many people give bad answers. A lot of people just state what they believe and there's nothing foul about that.

maybe if the christians didn't go into say.. glbt section and sprout their bigoted homophobic hatred then just maybe some people wouldn't seek revenge ...now christians should know that people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones and remember do unto others....

I'm afraid that is one of the disadvantages to using an open forum like Answerbag. Some people just don't notice the category - I know I often didn't for the first couple of months that I used the site.

Not all non-believers give foul answers. I am agnostic, but discussions of a spiritual nature interest me and so I often answer questions on religious issues. I am also not homosexual, but I occasionally answer a question on that subject, and I hope that anybody who has read any of my answers in full wouldn't describe any of them as foul.

Are you considering their answers to be foul just because they are not xains? Whenever I answer any question I try to be helpful to and respectful of the asker. I have answered many a question in the Christian catagory.

If someone is being profane, or offensive you should alert the staff to it.

They're like people on the outside of the party, they know where the fun is and try their best to crash it but find out that they never really fit in.
