You could take the back off of the keyboard, something, like dust or food might be stuck under it.

It could be many things! The first that comes to my mind is dirt under it, try a pressurised air can to clean out then dirt around your keyboard. If that does not work then if it is a stand alone keyboard, just replace it! There as cheap as chips! If its a laptop keyboard, time to go seek professional help.
