Judges--in the absense of extraordinarily mitigating circumstances--will have a disruptive individual removed from his chambers, and face a hefty fine. Same goes for swearing, voicing hate speeches, and anything that takes away from the proceedings.
I hope it helps.
The only circumstance, would be a civil lawsuit over the melody of a written song. in order to prove the case, a singer would be used as evidence to the jury, to show the relationship between the original song and a copyrighted version of the other song. she may legally sing in court.
Only in the "rarest of rare circimstances "could the singing in the cort be permitted. for example if two persons are claiming a voice in a song to be their then due to the corcumstances of the case the judge could permit the persons to sing. but mostly in the normal circumstances it could not be permitted.
