It can differ depending on which city/county you live in. The State of Oregon curfew law prohibits
minors from being in public places from
12:00 AM (Midnight) to 4:00 AM. The
exceptions to the law are the same with the
exception that the minor can be accompanied
by a person who is at least 18 years of age.
This is according to your municipality.
