Daily meditation is the most important thing for me. In general, I find that having a regular routine is very important for managing stress... when that gets disrupted, especially if it interferes with my meditation practice, I become much more reactive and easily upset.
someone prepared to listen to me ranting (my best friend always does the trick) and some loud music on repeat. a peanut butter sandwich and crying work too.
When I go to the gym and during my morning run are the best times. Whenever I do it I just can not think of anything.
Music.
Music is the only thing that's always there for me.
Occasionally my friends, when they actually care enough to listen.

Prayer, and my Dad's advice.
Going to the barn and riding my horses...it's like taking a break from the world :)
I pick up my guitar or play some Guild Wars, or sleep.
Music, and in telephone conversations with my certain someone.
Running, dancing,in the Gym or trying to sleep it all away.
Since I have insomnia the last is the least successful.
reading or sleeping in the bathtub....(water is optional)
A baked potato and an early bedtime, snuggling with my kitty.
Babycakes does wonders....;)
I don't think you should limit me like that! :) Ummmmm, video games.

Writing about the situation as if it were something I wanted someone to read (helps me get everything straight in my own mind)
A long, hot soak in the tub!
Lavender is great for de-stressing.

Praying to a Saint, particularly one who had to deal with stress himself or herself. Talking to him/her, sharing my feelings, seeking guidance. I take solace in the fact that we will be together one day, and we will share a wink and a smile about all of this.

but refueling is stressful.
Praying is the way for me...
drugs & alcohol are options if i want them to be.
i smoke weed when i'm stressed. it calms me to a point that i can better assess the problem at hand & how to overcome it.
My best friend has the best shoulder to cry on :) I love her so! She's ALWAYS there for me!
Being in community with friends and family. Especially my nephews who are 4 and 7 years old and always laughing. I can't help but laugh when I am with them.
