Daily meditation is the most important thing for me. In general, I find that having a regular routine is very important for managing stress... when that gets disrupted, especially if it interferes with my meditation practice, I become much more reactive and easily upset.

When I go to the gym and during my morning run are the best times. Whenever I do it I just can not think of anything.

    Music.
Music is the only thing that's always there for me.
Occasionally my friends, when they actually care enough to listen.
    :/

A long, hot soak in the tub!
    Lavender is great for de-stressing.
I love the scent--it's so soothing!

Here's an easy recipe for Lavender Bath Salts:

Praying to a Saint, particularly one who had to deal with stress himself or herself. Talking to him/her, sharing my feelings, seeking guidance. I take solace in the fact that we will be together one day, and we will share a wink and a smile about all of this.

drugs & alcohol are options if i want them to be.
i smoke weed when i'm stressed. it calms me to a point that i can better assess the problem at hand & how to overcome it.
