I'd report to WV and let them determine which state is responsible for paying the unemployment. As for your last paycheck, contact the Labor Department in your state and file a complaint, it may take sometime but, unless your company files bankruptcy, you'll get the money

You're reading I have been terminated from my job as a trucker. How do I know what state I use for employment law. I live in WV, terminal in Atlanta (never went there; mail from Pittsburg to NC); home office in AR. Having many issues with receiving last paycheck, etc
