Help answer this question below.

I have been terminated from my job as a trucker. How do I know what state I use for employment law. I live in WV, terminal in Atlanta (never went there; mail from Pittsburg to NC); home office in AR. Having many issues with receiving last paycheck, etc

    I'd report to WV and let them determine which state is responsible for paying the unemployment. As for your last paycheck, contact the Labor Department in your state and file a complaint, it may take sometime but, unless your company files bankruptcy, you'll get the money
