Most scholars hold to A.D. 62. It was pre Paul's death (63-64), pre fall of Rome (64), pre fall of Jerusalem (70). The whole book of Acts covers a 30-31 year span.

    Hope this helps!

    God bless!

The first chapter of Acts connects it as a second book continuing the book of Luke, and Luke was written around 80-90 AD. So it was approximately about that time.
