Every year my husband gets the same year end bonus. The bonus is the same for him who busts his rump as for the person that does very little. He thinks he should not accept it. What do you think?

I think he would be cutting of his nose to spite his face by not taking the money. Edited to add: Take the money and then after bonuses are paid out, have a meeting with the management to negotiate his bonus structure.

He should be thankful he has a job. He should be thankful he has a job, that gives him a year end bonus. Most people are not this fortunate. Your husband appears to be a good person. but, equality does not always fit every situation. If your husband produced for his employer and his employer wants to show his gratitude, then let him. If this bonus comes at Christmas, be sure to include a thank you, in your prayers.
