Half a bag of what? How big of a bag? What kind of pipes, and was there any residue in them? Where do you live, State and County?
This question is to vague.
If plea bargaining resolves most cases then when does "beyond a reasonable doubt" ever get a voice/chance/test? How is that reasonable?
