When your making a pie do make your own crust or use the pre-made stuff. (I use the pre-made because when I try to make it myself it never turns out right)

I use pre-made. Home-made are better, but much more time-consuming, and in my opinion not really worth the extra effort.

Man, if I could cook...and I was cooking a pie, I would try and make my own crust.

I always make my own pastry dough. I can do it my hand or in the food processor when used with care. It's pretty easy.

Always homemade... I use a very basic recipe I once took from a Jamie Oliver book and it turns out nice every time. For me, it completes the experience and I actually enjoy doing it all myself...
