Nutmeg is the seed of a tree. Peanuts are ground nuts, and are technically legumes and not actual nuts. So, they should be able to eat nutmeg.

To give an answer to your question, would be very unwise. Different people have different allergic reactions to different foods. I have experienced this, with my wife. She is a very allergic person. we keep antihistamine on hand everywhere, just in case. Only a doctor should give you this advice.
