  • that's awful. at least she is free from her physical form and her spirit is in a pain-free place. i bet she's still thinking of you.
  • Poor you. I understand how sad you must be. But now Ginger is out of pain. Good girl, Ginger. Good girl.
  • I'm sure Ginger will be waiting for you at Rainbow's Bridge. May you both find peace until then. http://rainbowsbridge.com/Poem.htm
  • Ginger is chewing on all the bones she can and sleeping on soft clouds. I'm sorry you had to put her to sleep. Deepest sympathy.
  • I am so sorry for your loss. Please know that Ginger is very happy up there in Doggie Heaven. She doesn't hurt any more, and she has everything a dog would ever want. Ginger, please say hello to my Barkley for me... God bless, hon. Hugs.
  • Aww Im sorry to hear about ginger, she must be in doggy heaven playing with all her friends. Good girl ginger xxxx RIP
  • That is sad. I hope Ginger is happy in doggie heaven with all the steaks, toys, and playmates it would ever want.
  • Ginger is now playing with our late doggie Lord Admiral Nelson (my AB name and avatar is he) who we lost a few months ago. He was old, blind and just worn out. Having to put him to sleep was one of the hardest things I've had to do. You have my sympathy and empathy. It's emotionally very hard. You've lost a child, but I'm sure you gave her a good life. E-Hugs! I'm so sorry!
  • :( Thats so sad. I'm sorry for your loss DJ!
  • I surely would! I wish you the best, Ginger! And as for you, DJ, I'll keep you in my heart. I'm very sorry to hear your loss...*tears*
  • My deepest sympathy, it is so hard to lose them I know.
  • Oh I'm so sorry. You asked us recently to pray for her, and I did. But I guess God has better plans for her. Maybe now, she's playing with my mongrel up there.
  • I am so sorry Rest in Peace Ginger
  • I know I have already done so, but I wish to, once again, express my condolences on the loss of your beloved pet. I am sure she is fine in doggie heaven and I hope she meets my dog, Boomer, there. They would probably get along famously.
  • I'm so sorry. May she rest in peace in doggie heaven, where I know she'll have lots of good buddies:)
  • Yes may your pooch be eternally blessed and may you have a reunion in heaven one day if doggie heaven and human heaven allow for visiting hours.
  • You have a new puppy, hopefully it will bring you as much joy as Ginger did. Trust me, this new little character will help ease your loss a bit. Naturally, you will grieve and feel sad but that is normal. I don't believe in heaven for dead people or dogs.. but your dog is no longer suffering or in pain. Animal euthanasia is one of the kindest acts that an owner can carry out for a faithful friend.
  • my condolences...i know how painful it is and will be Print this and put it beside a picture of Ginger... The Rainbow Bridge There is a bridge connecting Heaven & Earth. It is called the Rainbow Bridge because of its colors. Just this side of the Rainbow Bridge there is a land of meadows, hills and valleys with lush green grass. When a beloved pet dies, the pet goes to this place. There is always food and water and warm spring weather. The old and frail animals are young again. Those who are maimed are made whole. They play together all day. There is only one thing missing: They are not with their special person who loved them on Earth. Each day they run and play until the day comes when one suddenly stops playing and looks up! The nose twitches! The ears are up! The eyes are staring! And this one suddenly runs from the group. You have been seen, and when you and your special friend meet, you take him or her in your arms and embrace. Your face is kissed again and again, and you look once more into the eyes of your trusting friend. Then you cross the Rainbow Bridge together, never again to be separated.
  • What an outstandingly beautiful girl! I used to have a dog named Ginger too, when I was a kid...family dog (well, mostly my Mom's dog!) She was smart, strong, loyal, brilliant at learning...and I can see YOUR Ginger has all of these qualities too...It's in her eyes! I'm sorry for your loss, I know too well how horrible it feels right now especially... I know that when the time is right you will probably find yourself wanting another dog...and when that day comes, Miss Ginger will look down and be wagging her behind...knowing that she loved you so well...she ADDICTED YOU to that special love that a companion animal gives every day to the family... She's run ahead for now...and is in the very best of company to enjoy her NEW life until someday...many, many years from now her people join her one by one...I believe animals go to heaven too...after all the Bible says that God sees and knows every sparrow that falls...would he love less a good and loving family friend...?? I don't think so...(after all Dog backwards is God) Run well, Miss Ginger...play and bark and make friends...with your lovely smile I know you will. Hugs and Blessings to your family who misses you always.
