Yes it's possible. You can still have some of his sperm on your lips/mouth/tongue, it can get transfered to his lips/mouth/tongue when you kiss, and therefore he can possibly transfer his own sperm into your vagina when his lips/mouth/tongue is touching you down there. Sperm are great little swimmers.
