www.isohunt.com is the best site to download torrents for games that is available to anyone http://filelist.org/ is the fastest available site, but you need to subscribe (free) Torrents are illegal, I don't support this method, but it is an answer to the question.

I like this one: http://www.reloaded.org/game.php?GameID=14 Abandonia Reloaded. These are retro games, older games that are just not in circulation anymore that are some classics. Some are so old that you need DosBox to run them... I wouldn't go that far, but a lot of them will run on windows. As far as current, active games that are currently for sale at the store... You'll have to find those sites on your own if you are looking for ones that are not on a Peer to Peer system like Limewire... Some sites host Rapidshare links where the game is broken down to 100 meg pieces and you can download each piece, but Rapidshare free downloads are limited to 100 megs then you have to wait a specified amount of time to download the next part.
