Errr no but it rather depends on how you came by them. You can legally buy a skeleton, medical students sometimes do, darned expensive though.
If you dig any up in your garden then you'd be expected to notify the police and let them dig the rest up. Or, if ancient then local archeology would step in.
The only other way I can think of getting hold of them is definitely illegal and would result in a rather long prison term. :o)
