  • It shouldn't affect anything. It might differ from state to state but a restraining order isn't a conviction of a criminal offense. I just prohibits the said person from performing action which are forbiddin based on the order. (Different with every situation) The order itself shouldn't pose a problem, but if he was convicted of a crime then he may have a problem.
