for the most part the only big differences are: - the womans looks(breast size yet still skinny) - the mans penor size and - the fact that in porn the couples rarely talk or are intimate at all, real sex is more touchy

Safety I think would be the big difference. All legitimate studios in the US, only high actors/actresses who undergo regular testing of there health and make sure they are disease free. This informations is then logged onto a data base. Although it still doesn't prevent STD's and other problems it is a lot less risky then going to a swingers, or toy, or fetish club and trusting strangers with your life or well being.
