Jenna my heart goes out to you for your loss. My mom is the world to me and I know if I lost her I would be heartbroken. I truly am sorry for your loss.

I lost the love and light of my life a girl I was engaged to be married to on March 27 2005. Even though it has been nearly 3 years I am still not over the heartbreak and devistation caused by her tragic and untimely death.

It is still hard for me to accept that anyone could be so cruel as to do some of the things those 3 animals did to her. The only consolation is that she is in Heaven now and not suffering.

I know one day we will see each other again. Til then it is going to be hard to deal with her loss.

A dear friend of mine passed away around last Easter. I had known him most of my life. He was a great and gentle man. I left school and drove home for the weekend. The paper from his funeral is still in my Bible.

Losing a loved one is the hardest thing for someone to go through. It is hard to understand why and extremely hard to accept. My Grandmother passed away when I was 7. I was the only granddaughter on that side and her and I were so close. Through every milestone in my life I have wished for her to be there with me and now that I am married and have a son of my own, I wish he could have known her. I have pictures of her for him and my aunt keeps her memory alive by talking about her a lot to him. My heart aches that he will never know her.

I have lost lots of people I cared about. The most significant one was like a grandmother to me, she died August 22, 1979. I look forward to welcoming her back to life on earth if God deems me worthy to be there.

We all know the pain of loss. It only gets less painful day by day. My grandparents raised me and there's not a day goes by I don't think of them and it still brings tears to my eyes. We will always miss them. Blessings to you all.

Yes..many loved ones. My grandmother when I was 6, all my aunts and uncles (3 of them almost one right after the other) and my grandson, who was only 3 months old. Losing a loved one is never easy, but the pain does lessen after a while and is replaced by memories which are usually bittersweet. I am so sorry for the loss of your mother. My mother and I are very close and I know the day is coming when she will no longer be here. Until then I make sure to treasure every day that God gives me with her.

I too, lost my mother, but many years ago. She died in a house fire December 25, 1983, I was 15. I was able to get myself and my sister out of the house, but, unfortunately my mom became disoriented and was unable to get out. I still can't believe it was so long ago. It seems like just yesterday. I have now known my husband longer then I "knew" my own mother. Very strange feeling...

You're such a sweet person. Yes I have. I have lost an
uncle early this year, and grandmom on June 15, 2006
and it was painful. That's very nice of you to invite
us all to remember our loved ones who have now passed
into another dimension. Thank you so much.

Yes, I lost the only one I could call a sister. I do have a step sister, but I hardly see her anymore. This other sister was the sweetest, cutest thing I had ever seen at the time. Disturbing? No, she was my mom's pet rat! Go ahead and laugh, but she was closer to me than I am! She was the only one that could dry my tears just by her presence. And now she's gone, and those tears fall freely. When will it end? When will I get to be with her again?

I lost my sister because of a mistake a nurse made. My sister was on dialysis. The nurse put the wrong cleaning fluid into the dialysis machine. She used the fluid that she was suppose to use to clean the machine instead of the fliud to cleanse the blood. My sister was in intensive care six weeks before she died. It was horrible. My sister's internal organs began to decay before she passed away. Her birthday is July 14; mine is July 15.
