  • A gig of ram would be better, 128mb is almost useless nowadays.
  • Add more ram and memory card.
  • If you're using anything newer than Windows 95, 128MB of RAM is just not enough, IMHO. But if your computer is more than 4 years old, you have to ask yourself - will buying more RAM be throwing good money after bad, or is the money better spent toward a newer PC? Because any RAM you buy now for an old PC isn't going to be usable in a new computer.
  • hi, before u upgrade the ram, make sure that your motherboard supports the ram. many motherboards have slots which read only 128 mb ram. my advice to you is to have 3 128 mb ram sticks if u have three slots. also dont forget to check whether your ram is single sided or double sided.
  • Okay, first you need to upgrade your Ram by looking at your motherboard brand and number. That would tell you how much and what type of combination of Ram you can use, always use the max Ram it allowed by your Mobo mfg, second maybe you want to play with your virtual memory, only and only if you have enough disk space. To make your computer faster also remove any program that you are not using, or data, pics etc, save them to a disk or DVD. Read your mobo specs, sometimes Ram must upgraded in pairs, place higher Ram on DIMM or DDR one. 0 Gravity
