This is under who would win, so, Celine would drive me insane faster. Alternately, I'd prefer to listen to the dog for longer.

My neighbors have three yappy dogs that bark anytime they are outside, so I will go with Celine Dion, just barely. " Take a Kayak!" I'll never forget her rant after Katrina hit. That is one of the all time great soundbites.
