  • I'm not quite sure why getting married or having children should stop you from using your degree. It wouldn't me. Marriage and kids should not have to mean the end of self-fulfillment, unless you just want them to. If someone is telling you that it should mean that, I would have to disagree, especially if it was who I was marrying. Then I would have to rethink the getting married.
  • Being well educated helps you in other areas of life besides work.
  • I personally would feel as though that side of me was not used to its fullest. Being a mom is a great, but it should not stop you from doing what you want in life either.
  • no, it's nice to know that you have done the work and have a degree to show for it.
  • it all depends if you are going to stay at home all day when children appear and was soon after leaving uni then i would think yes but if tou have kids like 5-10 years after finishing uni then great my mate has just finished uni and started to climb the work ladder BUT is already trying for babies, i c this as a lil pointless as we are on the same amount of money but am not in £30k in debt
