To my knowledge there are no such sites. Ancestry.com isn't bad and there are others which have some things free. However, what do you mean by 'marriage records'? If you mean a simple record that a marriage took place then you may be ok. For the greater information on the certificate I think you'll have to pay I'm afraid. I could be wrong. I only really know about the records system in the UK. Your best bet for good quality free geneology stuff is probably the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Quick Edit - A site does exist for free UK records. It isn't perfect or complete, but it can be useful. The site is 'FreeBMD'. Type this in, go to the site and then conduct your search.
