I recently repotted my rubber tree plant as the bottom leaves fell off and were yellowish and drooping, but since repotting nothing has changed. Will my plant die?

The shock of transplantation can make any of the leaves fall off. Yellowing of the leaves is generally overwatering. If you have transplanted you plant and are watering and fertilizing it properly with the correct light, you shouldn't have any problem. Also after repotting expect a period of dorminance especially in the plant til it reaches new equilibrium
