    I don't mind giving my age. I'm 43 and many people guess me to be in my early to mid thirties, but, they just see what's external, not the arthritic knees, stiff joints, etc .

    Getting old can be rather confronting. To a certain degree it means they're as afraid of admitting their age to themselves as much as other people. I know I did NOT enjoy turning 40 - mainly because I feel there's SOOOO much more I want to do here and I'm now halfway through, on average...
