What's the difference between aspirin, ibuprofen, and acetaminophen?

    Ibuprofen brand name Advil is used for pain and inflammation,acetaminiophen brand name Tylenol is used for just pain,and aspirin is used for pain,can prevent heart attacks,and thins the blood.
