I don't know. Which Bible did you grow up reading?

Um... well, I've never heard of a Bible called the "Presbyterian Bible", and I'm a presbyterian... generally, Presbyterians use the same Bibles everyone else does. Frequently, that is the King James translation, though in more recent years, any number of other translations have increasing popularity. Still, aside from wording, it's the same Bible everyone uses. (Note: Roman Catholics include the Apocrapha, and other various sects and denominations include other books, sections and various bits, but mostly it's the same.)

Roman Catholicism and a few other denominations recognize what some call the Apocrypha, and others call the Deuterocanonical books. The Bible I'm used to, as a Protestant, has 66 books from Genesis to Revelation, but the Apocrypha adds some additional Old Testament books plus extra chapters to Daniel and (I think) Esther. That would be the major difference in Bible versions. The question now is whether Presbyterians recognize the Apocrypha or stick to the 66 books... and that, I don't know.

Presbyterians are mainline Christians so they use the same Bible as most other Protestants (though they may use different translations). Usually Presbyterians don't consider the Apocrapha as part of the canon but many still read it and take things from it.
