In most cases I would say yes. There are some made that atre attempted, but legislation fails. Those should be neutral. But those made and nevr acted on should actionable, as well as those things legislated that were not promised... they should be actionable too... Additionally, all benefits and any pension derrives should be self funded, not taxpayer funded...

I believe in flat-rate politics. Other than military service, I have worked flat-rate all my life. Flat-rate is based on what you do. If a job pays three hours, and it takes four, you get paid three. If the customer didn't approve of the work before hand, no pay at all. So, a politician does something, we take a vote to see if he/she should get paid, and go from there. Maybe they will take us a little more serious when we talk about OUR concerns from then on out. I also believe that they should pay into social security. For those of you not aware of it, they serve four years, and they get full coverage on retirement. They do not put a penny into social security. Personally, I think they should ride on the back of a freakin train on all of their visits to different parts of the country, they need to see ALL of America, not just what the lobbyist want them to see. I have much more to say, but...it was a question, not a forum.

And from their slush funds and other investments they profited from at the expense of not keeping their word. Don't forget 40 hard whacks on the rump with a paddle broadcast on PBS.
