Help answer this question below.

When I was young, I cut my nails very short, and now the tips become white too early, even before the end of the nail bed. Is there some way I can make my nails grow to a normal length?

    Let your nails grow out. It may take time but just let them grow. I was the same way and mine became whit eto early to, but after letting them grow out there fine now. See if you let them grow the skin underneath the nail begins to expand and grow out more. It is basically returning to where it should be.

    Eat fruits,vegatables,grain and nuts. If you stay healthy, Your nails will be healthy too.
