Can a non-Mormon man, whose Mormon wife died 6 months ago, marry one of her Mormon friends in a LDS church with no intention of ever becoming a Mormon?

If a Mormon and a non-Mormon get married in a normal civil service, can they later be sealed in the temple if the non-Mormon converts after the civil service?

Good answer! But wouldn't there be some sort of pre marriage counseling as well? Most other churches have that, otherwise they don't officiate.
