I underwent a partial hysterectomy 10 years ago. I only had my ovaries removed. A complete hysterectomy removes the ovaries and the uterus which is what you stated. Several years ago I saw a program pertaining to this subject. A TWIN girl was offering one of her ovaries to her TWIN sister. It stated that being TWINS meant that thier blood types and other statistical types were compatable. I have not heard of any other recent developements concerning this and as far as I know it has not been tried Don't give up !!. I would try connecting with A doctor in the field of organ transplants. I will try to find the information I stated about above and recconnect with you on this site. I wish you the VERY best in this pursuit. Sincerely, Tealey
