  • I got caught in an elavator once...and had to clib between floors...i was terrified that i was going to die right then and there...but the only way i got over it was i got into an elevator...if the worst thing hasn't happened to you yet...then you're fine.... something else i learned i used to have horrible anxiety about almost anything that i had to stay in for long periods of time....like flying...and what not...i learned form my therapist the the Fight or Flight plan....you can fight it and just move on with life...or run away from it and never fix the problem...so I just face things head on now, and get over them...when you face them head on...take a deep breath...hold it in for 10 seconds...then breathe out...all the air in your lungs...then do it again...fill up your lungs with as much as you can, then breathe out...your heart beat will not be as overbearing....just try it...it might more...or if not at least you'll get a lot of exercise using the stairs :)
