Drawing child porn isn't against the law yet; although I don't think you would be too popular. I read your comment on the other answer. I personally am torn about the entire situation about the government telling us what we can and can not look at and the sickness of the subject matter. No I don't want children to be harmed in anyway but I think the government should be spending more time in stopping it from happening then they are about the people drawing or computer generating images.

In United States, yes it is, if the drawing "is a digital image, computer image, or computer-generated image that is, or is indistinguishable from, that of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct" 18 US Code 2256. As for pencil drawing and similar, I haven't found any federal law banning it.

I don't think so,but I read somewhere about a debate going on about computer generated child porn and weather it was still considered child porn if the images were generated by a computer rather than being of real kids.

I think it is absoluetly disgusting that you would ever want to draw child porn. Children should never be viewed sexually in any type of way. The answer Is yes if you are drawing specific children.
