Be very carefull here. You could get fired just for talking about it. No, they can't fire you for taking about a ubion but they would find something else.

Your best bet is to either find a better job or deal with it. Unions don't work anymore. They would go broke if the employee had a choice to pay dues or not to pay dues.

Contact a local lodge and talk to a business representative and tell him or her that you are interested in organizing. They'll do the rest.

just get as many of your co-workers as possible to meet you somewhere then rally them around you, then get workers from other jobs involved, once you have a decent amount of people on side you can start making your work place a better place. if you but your mind to it and really persevere you'll pull through. trust me, just formed a union myself. dont listen to 'Payton my evil side has reared his ugly head' its subbmissive guttless guys like that that would have us all still working insane hours for fuck all pay, not have the vote, be more or less slaves to the rich. if the women of the match-makers union could form a union back in the 1800's you sure as hell can! you have our support brother
