  • No. Sperm have to get up the vagina, through the uterus, up the fallopian tubes, to the egg. Neither the stomach nor the intestines provide access to the egg. ---- As Jervinator said, that does assume no spillage. Sperm-to-egg contact is still highly unlikely through oral spillage, but with anal sex the risk does go up. And of course, both methods are risky from an STD stand-point. So, be careful.
  • Actually even though technically you can't get pregnant from anal sex I was taught in sex ed class that it is possible to get pregnant from sperm getting on your vulva (the lips that cover your vaginal opening) although it is very rare. Therefore if some sperm got on your vulva when the man was withdrawing there is a very very remote chance you could get pregnant. I don't know if this is true or not but I would check it out. Besides pregnancy isn't the only thing you have to be careful of now a days.
  • Yes, if semen or precum leaks out of the anus and comes into contact with the vulva there is a remote possibility of pregnancy. You should use a condom to prevent this (not to mention decrease the risk of contracting/spreading STDs including HIV/AIDS)!
  • you can't get pregnant from oral sex. but you can get pregnant from anal. i read a thing online and it said that you have a 10% chance of getting pregnant if you have anal sex. it's because if your wet the sperm can get into that liquid and all they do is need liquid and they swim until they die. you have a slim chance of getting pregnant but it can happen.
  • No but you can end up with one of those really fat asses.
  • no but it is a lot of fun to try.
  • only if you have one hell of a leak.
