Are graphics programs better on Macs or PCs?

    macs are much better for image manipulation software, the whole photography industry works on it so.... software designed for pcs can usually be run on macs. On the newer macs you can also now get 'boot camp' installed on it, which allows you to boot up the computer in either xp or the mac equivelant.

    Macs, they might be insanely overpriced, but thats one advantage of theirs that a PC does not have.

    macs are a lot better for graphics, it is pretty much all that graphic designers use. I do have a pc that I can use at home, but I work on a mac at work on my projects, and it is a lot more efficient.

    Mac is marginally better, but PCs are affordable. I use both. I have Mac at work and PC at home for the cost and find it to be about the same. I use the same programs on both.

    well PCs are cheaper, and comparably fast, now MacOSX is better OS, macs cost alot more(I love macs i do but...) and their graphic options are quite limited.
