  • I think it is a wonderful store. I shop there all the time. I like that I can also shop online & have the item I bought at my local Walmart deleivered right to my family or friends house or they can go to there local Walmart & pick up the item there.
  • place to vist
  • They making many places run out of business.
  • I only shop there when I have to.
  • Corporation that supports all the things this world doesn't need right now. They show a huge environmentally friendly front to all those with cameras and pens, but in actuality, join the worst in raping the world for all it's worth. But that's just my 2 cents.
  • I won't shop there. They are known to treat their employees like animals.
  • I work for a Walmart warehouse and Walmart is the only store in my town, So I guess it is convent.
  • It's nice, but I'd rather go to Target.
  • If it weren't for Wal-Mart, I couldn't afford to eat.
  • Even tho' they are "almost" a monopoly, I still shop there, because I really can't afford to shop at my favorite store, (Target), very often, because they are a little higher priced than Wal-Mart. I don't like their employee treatment, or their tendency to run every other small business out of town, but I really don't have much choice.
  • I think Wal-Mart is causing the cheapening of America. I refuse to shop there anymore. The merchandise is cheap, there is no service, they treat their employees like crap, they bully companies, and run local business off while buying most of their products from over-seas.
  • I still shop there a lot because they do have better prices. I do love Target, which is closer to my house...but probably shop WalMart twice as much...went there tonight, in fact.
  • Walmart's prices are going up and I can often find the same things for cheaper at places like Food Lion and Target. One of the (few) perks of that awful "super center" is no longer a perk. Walmart's "lowest prices" are a thing of the past.
  • Evil...
  • I think it's a dump that I will never shop at.
  • I have never bought them a penny of anything. Small is beautiful, I mostly shop in cooperative stores. I don't like the Walton family's religious or political standings, either.
  • Heres a list of reasons why I don't like Walmart... 1)They sell just about everything. I don't think thats a good thing. If you want to buy a toaster, they'll have them but it will be a poor selection of toasters. If you want to buy a shovel, they'll have them but it will be a poor selection of shovels. You get better selection and better quality items from "specialty" stores like electronic stores or hardware stores. 2)They run smaller businesses into the ground. All the stores that offer better service and better quality items that cost just a little bit more go out of business. 3)We have a supercenter in my town and its huge. It takes 20 minutes (ok, so I'm exaggerating a bit) to walk from one end of the store to the other. 4)I've know 4 people that have worked their and they said it was terrible. 5)I like watching movies thus I like buying DVDs. It seams that lately the only DVDs you can find at Walmart (other than the ones they bought too many of so they dumped then randomly into a huge bin and marked them $5 each) are ones that were released within the past 3 years, little kid movies and cartoons, and TV shows on DVD. If you're looking for a DVD that doesn't fit one of those three criteria, you probably wont find it at Walmart. 6)Finally, what the hell is the point of the greeter. They pay someone (usually someone over 80 years old) to sit on a stool near the door and say "Hello" to people entering and "Goodbye" to people leaving. Why?
  • Wish I'd bought shares on day 1!
  • Boooo! I really dislike Walmart.
  • Walmart stores are part of America's heritage. Used to be: Baseball, Hot dogs, apple pie, and Walmart. Now Walmart replaced Chevrolet. My 2 cents.
  • I think they play the capitalism game better than anyone else, but: They are socially irresponsible and they don't treat their employees well. I also remember hearing a story in the news that they had told their managers how to vote in the US presidential election. Walmart gets none of my money, but I do stop in to use their bathroom once in a while.
  • I prefer Target myself.
