Do you ever give pointers to new users that don't know how AB works?? Such as posting a comment to someone as an answer, or asking questions within someone else's similar question hoping somebody will see it there.

    I sure do! Especially when they post a comment as an answer, that a real easy thing to explain, and it's a mistake almost everyone has made.

    I've also a=pointed out things that are in bad AB form, like scavaging for points.

    I have done that. I suggested to a few new ABers to read Kyogre-Stataen's Project Answerbag posting, it's very helpful for new ABers.
