Help answer this question below.

I put alot of weight on drinking coka cola a while back, now i only drink diet coke but my girlfriend says its bad for my teeth and coke aint actually fatening because the can says 0% fat, so whats worse for weight gain coke or diet coke?

    Neither one are good. Coke is loaded with sugar, empty calories. Diet drinks make you crave sugar too, even though they don't have sugar in them.

    Slowly try to give up soda all together and drink water.

    Actually they are both bad. Sorry. The coke has too much sugar and high fructose corn syrup in it. The calories from the coke are what will make you fat. The diet has no calories but the sweetener messes with the chemical signals that tell your brain when you're full. Drink diet coke and you'll feel hungry more often that you would other wise.

    Diet coke. if you look at regular coke it has a lot of carbs which makes you gain weight

    just because something has no fat does mean that it is good for you. I agree with the previous answer, move to water. Also, cold/hot tea or sparkling water with lime or lemon are some good alternatives.

    neither one are really good, but diet is better. however, you still need to only drink diet in moderation. how much do you drink in a day? in a week? try to drink lots more water, it's better for you. and try to drink a big glass of water before you eat. it will make you feel full much faster.
