My PS2 stopped playing PS1 games and DVDs after it was moved to a new location. It will still play PS2 games. How can I fix this problem?

  I just bought a (used) ps2 slimline silver model when I hit X to enter the game it reads "No Data" I tried two different games (new) and no luck... Please help...
