  • I think it would be a bigger problem to have two alphas, but given time, they will usually adjust; they are pack animals in nature, after all. The catch is how to introduce them. You can't just drop them in together. Petfinder.com has some videos that suggest how to introduce pets to each other. It may be some work, but it's better than squalling, fighting kitties. If the introducing two kitties seems to laissez-faire for your situation, try the suggestion for introducing a cat and dog. Good luck!
  • I used to be a cat rescue person, and I can assure you that cats can adjust to having others around. Just give each one its own room for awhile, and separate cat boxes. In time, they will accept each other.
  • Best not to have two alphas in the same house. One alpha per home, otherwise you're asking for fights.
