you can do so by getting the warcraft 3 banlist, it was originally developed for dota but it can be used for any custom games. you can download it at http://www.wc3banlist.de/ With this program, it allows you to ban players from the games you create or notify you if a banned player is in one of your custom games. Also, one of the most useful features is that it allows you to check the country of the person in the custom game you are in. To do this, just type /fromall in your game window with the banlist on and after a while, it will be displayed on the top of your screen and is automatically copied to your paste option.
