Help answer this question below.
-Drink 3/4 Gal water per day
-Exercise for 45min-60min everyother day
-Sleep for 7-9hrs
-Shower using your hands, not a scrubber
-Eat consitently (3 meals or 6 meals or whatever, just staying consistent reduces stress on your body)
My acne isn't gone, but staying hydrated and nourished promotes healing and a more effective immune system, showering using your hands and rinsing completely off reduces irritability, sleep increases healing and immune system, and exercise pushes out the waste that isn't processed in urine.
I use Old Spice 3x clean so since I completely rinse off and don't scrape off live skin, the deodorizers and scents don't irritate my skin.
*Shower at night so that when you wake up, you have a thin layer of oil to protect your skin from the elements.
*Also, it takes approximately 1.5-2days for the water to actually hydrate you so give it some time.
I have been having to deal with acne ever since I was like in 5th grade, And im telling you that i have tried EVERYTHING! I mean EVERYTHING! Clearasil is tooooo drying, it leaves dry rough patches or makes the problem worse!! I tried Noxema, Neutrogena, all types of face masks (some do work a little), I have been useing panoxle, this acne cream thats in walgreens and oil of Olay face cloths for normal to oily skin that seemed to work, but recently I heard of everyone talking about and saying how good chickpea flour is, I also read it in a book about natural skin care. It has many names such as gram flour, garbanzo bean flour. You can get it at whole foods, so I went to whole foods and aslo I got Turmeric powder too, this is a spice, that you can also use for acne and it evens out your skin tone really well. Anyway, I got the flour and the turmeric powder, and i couldnt wait to get home and try it. WELL IT WORKED GREAT!!!!!!! My skin tone looks more even, and it dries the pimples up. all you do is mix the flour with some water to make a paste, or u can mix it with what you want that suits your skin type, like honey or olive oil or anything, but i used water, and added turmeric powder and put it on your face till it completely dries. its a lil hard to get off, but just rub gently till it comes off, its works so good, my face is so soft and pretty!!! I hope this works! have a nice day!!!
Stubborn back acne is a problem (hereditary in many cases) that often requires a prescription and is also known as "bacne". Acne on the back is much more resistant to treatment than acne on the face and must be treated aggressively. Wash the affected area with an acne treating cleanser instead of plain soap. Consult a dermatologist for severe cases.
For milder cases or the occasional breakout, treat spots with over-the-counter benzoyl peroxide lotion. Peels/masks can help unclog pores too.
Since bacteria can exacerbate the condition, always wear clean bras and T-shirts when working out and put a clean towel down before lying on exercise machines or mats at the gym. Don't go straight into the steamroom after a workout—shower first to get rid of dirt/bacteria. Be certain to rinse affected area after using a hair conditioner (if applicable). The ingredients in conditioner tend to clog pores and leave residue on the face, back, and shoulder areas when rinsed from hair.
NOTE: Benzoyl peroxide bleaches anything it comes into contact with, clothes, towels, sheets, etc. Be cautious when using it.
Neutrogena makes a line of products to deal with bacne including a daily cleanser and lotion that contain the acne fighting agent salicyclic acid. They are mild, but effective.
For the forehead, the rules regarding washing after conditioner use especially apply. Forhead acne can be treated the same way as facial acne. If you have bangs be careful not to let styling products get onto your face. Hairspray, for example, clogs pores and makes the problem worse. Keep you face "hands free" to keep bacteria from your hands from spreading to your face.

Lots of water, cut out sugar and deep fried food. 30 - 45 mins of exercise a day.
i am a big believer in tea tree oil! after i wash my face in the morning and night i always use it as an astringent. wet a cotton ball and put about two drops of tea tree oil on it. don't use straight tea tree oil, as it is too harsh! i have been frustrated with face and chest acne and gone the retin-a, etc route. i found that none of those were effective and i felt uncomfortable using chemicals on my face. i stopped using all of them and incorporated tea tree oil into my skin regiment. it is not 100% cleared up but totally improving! you can find pure tea tree oil at whole foods and/or trader joes.
good luck!
For those of us that have acne it can be an awful experience. If you are unable or unwilling to see a dermatologist or just can not afford to go to one, then the over-the counter remedy that I would recommend to you is using a product that is hypoallergenic and one that does not clog pores. The only thing that you can buy over the counter today that will accomplish this Cataphyll. Remember to keep the surface (your back) as dry as possible, wear absorbent clothing, and keep the area clean because it is bacteria that cause acne. Also, don’t pick at the acne because this will cause scarring.
Use homemade Lye soap (I add tea tree oil to mine when I make it). It does wonders for acne prone/oily skin and dandruff. Definitely clears up acne, and it softens skin.
Great post! I have very much enjoyed reading these entries!

If you have tried over the counter medications, go to the doctor and ask him for a bacterial antibiotic, ie, tetracycline, or doxicycline. They will stop the growth of bacteria. And acne is a bacterial skin infection, so these medications may help you. If that doesn't help talk with your doctor about accutane, but be careful and definitely research it, it will clear up cystic acne to 85%, but it can have major side effects, and very expensive. I hope this helps you.
as far as the acne goes on the forehead.the fact is that its caused due to drinking insufficient water..try to adopt a habit to drink lots of water
Acne breakouts on the forehead occur frequently. The forehead is part of the T-zone, an area that also includes the nose and accumulates excess oil more readily than other parts of the face. The excess oil causes clogged pores blocked by bacteria, which leads to pimples and breakouts.Acne around the forehead can be a thing of the past by adopting better habits and following an easy forehead acne regimen to keep the skin full of oxygen so bacteria can't live. Typically, you will begin to notice results after a few weeks, but only if you're willing to commit to clearing your forehead acne.
What Causes Forehead Acne?
Acne, contrary to popular opinion, is not caused by eating chocolate. Instead, the condition is a direct result of the accumulation of oil, also known as sebum, causing the pores to become clogged. Producing too much sebum is the result of many different factors. Improper hygiene, lack of sleep and sometimes excess hormones can all cause excess oil, which can cause blackheads on the forehead and other areas of the face. Blackheads are the perfect home for the bacterium that causes clogged pores, Propionibacterium acnes.
Some factors that lead to acne on the forehead include hair oil, abrasive skin cleansers and lotions, and even wearing tight head-wear that keeps oil against the skin. These things can make acne breakouts even worse by keeping pores clogged and allowing bacteria to grow. Pimples can occur on almost any area of the body. The back and face, however, are the most common.
Treating Acne on the Forehead
The first step to treat acne on the forehead is using a gentle cleanser, particularly a product that won't irritate sensitive skin. Applying cream that contains no more than 2.5 percent benzoyl peroxide is the second step. This is possibly the most imperative part of the regimen, as it helps oxygenate the skin and keeps bacteria from accumulating in the facial pores. Peroxide alone won't provide results, however, if the forehead isn't provided with enough moisture.
This brings me to the last step - applying moisturizer. Just as important, applying moisturizer keeps the skin hydrated, and prevents flakiness after cleansing and medicating. Doing this regimen every day in the morning and evening will prove effective after a few weeks, even though it might take your face a few days to become accustomed to the medicated cream. Constancy is the true key to eliminating forehead acne, and you have to be dedicated to changing your skin for the better. Lots of people have eliminated forehead acne at last by following these simple steps - and now you can too!

Wash your face with whitening toothpaste. and for your back, use a scrup brush in the shower...use toothpaste if necessary...IT REALLY WORKS!!!!
I've been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it's at.
I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.
I'm 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy.
Literally the best acne face wash I've ever used has been this stuff called clearpores. It has got rid of the acne to quickest and has been a success ever since I got it. It's unique cause of it's herbal supplement you take a long with it that helps your skin from the inside out. I saved money on it at skincleansingsystem.com at the time which was helpful.
You should really look into this stuff and if you can to assure the best results, get the 3 month supply because if it doesn't work it will still save you butt on the return policy.
Well good luck and best wishes.
