My Lexmark X85 printer never sees that I have loaded new ink cartridges. It constantly says "color ink low", "black ink low" for every print job. What's wrong?

When I try to send a fax from my Lexmark X85 I get an error that says, "Line Down". What could be wrong?

I have a Lexmark X85 - 4 in one. Had a paper jam - after that when it was printing, it made loud noises. It seems the feeder is not feeding at the proper speed - printing over printed lines, scrunching up the lines, missing half a line, just a mess.
