    Allways through a Realtor! less hassle and the liabilities with sale are taken care-of because the realtor makes sure all of the paperwork is processed ans everyone is happy. Don't rush when your looking for one because you need to make sure you both have the same goals and get along!

    Hmmmm, but then you don't get a coy of the MLS listings if your going to buy another house right away. It's all personal preference and my experience is there are fiew laywers that know all the in's and out's of property transfer. just be wary of not having a Specialist.
