Don't squeeze the area, that will make it much worse. Also, don't try to scrub it out since you may risk spreading the infection to other areas of your face. This method seems to work: dab some yeast powder that has had a little water added to the area. Yeast will aid in bringing the dirt to the skin's surface. Rinse after about 15-20 minutes. Follow that up with a dab of tea tree oil, which is a natural antiseptic. If you wish, you might add a spot of a mild acne preparation that contains salicylic acid to help dry the affected area up. If that doesn't work, you might want to consult a dermatologist.

Just continue to apply ointment on that pimple. Choose ointments that contains benzoyl peroxide. try using Brevoxyl. Apply few ointment on that certain pimple. Don't apply too much. As few as possible.

lemon oil applied before bed will bring pimples to a head then gentily wash off in the morning and again use tea tree oil.

My mother always says put bee honey on a band-aid and apply to pimple, it really works!
